Because of our continued growth after twenty years in business we are offering the following job position to support our US expansion in Southlake:
Software Product Sales Support and Marketing Assistant
Requirements/ Personal Skills and Attributes:
• Corporate Business Software Background
• telephone marketing and research of existing and prospective customers
• Attention to detail
• Skillfully handling incoming calls
• Work closely with our sales team
• Light accounting duties
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and record keeping
• accurate when entering data
• Superior organizational skills
• Logistic Skills
• Experience in working for large corporate customers
• Exceptional communications skills both written and verbal
• Self motivated, dynamic and committed
• Strong computer skills to include Excel and CRM systems
• Assisting sales representatives for direct mailing efforts
• Perform order processing
• arranging conference calls and WebEx demonstrations
• Travel arrangements
