Product Sales Manager

Standard products are sold through direct and indirect channels throughout North America, including an extensive dealer network, partnerships with premier digital print manufacturers, and direct-to-customer sales. Responsibilities:
> Establish sales goals, unit targets and specific sales activities with assigned dealers.
> Regular dealer reviews to measure performance against established targets.
> Actively recruit new dealers for open territories or territories that require overlapped dealers for success.
> Support Standard’s national and regional tradeshows. Assist dealers in local trade shows and open houses where appropriate.
> Train, motivate, coach and assist dealer sales reps in closing business.
> Efficiently manage territory sales information by updating Salesforce.com including leads, opportunities, dealers, prospective dealers, contacts and weekly schedules on a daily basis.
> Seek out school bids that have been put out for public bid and work closely with dealer to successfully win them.
> Travel to dealers and suppliers as required.
Requirements:
> Undergraduate degree preferred
> 2-5 years post-college experience in a business-to-business sales and / or service environment
> Strong work ethic and attention to detail
> Comfortable working in a small team where everyone contributes toward meeting goals
> Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across groups
> Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
> Results and solution driven
> Resourceful and quick thinking
> Microsoft suite (Access, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
> Domestic / international travel

This Andover, Massachusetts-based full-time position reports to the Office Production / Duplicating Systems Business Manager, with attractive compensation and benefits.
